TERMS

• New Clients must provide full payment for the first project up front.
• For security, a deposit of 50% is required at the time for booking of any service.
• Full payment is required to be provided within 28 days after the date of invoice (Unless agreed prior to request).
• Minimum charge for any project is £100.
• On competition of any 2D Gym Design a DWG/SKF files will be provided only by request
• A 3D Gym Design can only be produced once a 2D Gym Design is created.
• A 3D Gym Fly Through can only be produced once a 3D Gym Design is created
• Under no circumstances can Design A Gym provide raw 3D Files (.max or .3ds) of completed projects to the client.
• A notice period of 5 working days is required for any 3D gym design.
• All of our services are based on Units not fitness equipment. Units include equipment, water coolers, TVs, plants windows, desks, doors etc...
• A charge may occur If the client requires changes during the production process of any project
• After completion, a charge will occur if the clients wishes to have any changes on any project. This will be quoted to the client and confirmed before any changes can be made.
• All 3D Gym Designs will be provided using our generic library of 3D models of equipment d9oors, desks, windows etc...). A charge will be made to produce any models that are not included in our existing library.
• All 3D Gym Design will be rendered 4000px by 3000px including a few internal views in SD Format. Further charges will apply If higher resolution images are required.
• 3D Gym Fly Through can take from 2 to 6 weeks to render depending on the size of the layout.
• 3D Gym Fly Through will be in SD Format and provided on a 3 DVD copies
• Design A Gym will upload the 3D Gym Fly Through on our youtube page. This can be linked directly from the clients website.
